BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is growing, and we’re seeking motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales team as a Pricing and Delivery Specialist. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a supportive environment, this entry-level role will give you the foundation you need to build a successful sales career.

What You’ll Do

·         Provide customers with sales and limited support via phone and email.

·         Recognize customers with requests or product needs that require advanced support and escalate.     Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling.

·         Issue quotes in response to inbound requests

o   Utilizes all pricing tools and methods including requesting quotes from vendors

o   Check Inventory to coordinate lead times

·         Follow up on pending quotes as defined by the sales process

o   Works directly with outside sales team members to support territory and customers

o   Route qualified leads to inside /outside sales team as appropriate

·         Support department activities, goals and assigned metrics

o   Assist teammates to meet customer demand

o   Completes projects, assignments and daily tasks assigned by management

What You Bring

·         Previous sales experience where influencing, persuading and/or negotiating skills were needed

·         Experience in a role with direct customer interaction

·         Basic computer literacy and ability to learn tools like Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and pricing systems

·         Willingness to learn technical product information

·         Strong time and project management skills

·         Strong communication skills

·         CRM experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

·         Salary Range: $21/hr (Base + Commission) based on experience
